ORDER PLACEMENT Orders can be placed online using our unique and innovative account login. Please contact us for information on establishing an online account with us.
ORDER PROCESSING Our typical lead time varies on size of the order. Orders of up to 10 framed items usually require 15 business days from date of order placement. Orders up to 50 pieces require 4 weeks processing time from date of order placement. Volume orders over 50 pieces require 4-6 weeks depending on the size of the order. Request for rush orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis and additional rush fees will apply.
PAYMENT METHODS We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, personal and company checks. There is a $50 charge for returned checks. Payment on orders up to 50 pieces will be required at the time of order shipment. Pending credit approval, some accounts may be eligible for Net 30 payment terms.
VOLUME FRAMING DEPOSITS Volume orders consisting of 50 pieces or more will require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of order placement. The remaining 50% will be required at the time of order shipment.
RUSH ORDERS Requests for rush orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis. In most cases orders required in less time than our standard production time will incur a $25 rush fee per item.
SHIPPING Depending on the size of the order we will either individually box or palletize our products for shipment via commercial carrier. Packaging fees will be determined at time of shipment based on the size and quantity of the order.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Once production has begun on any order, whether it is a volume order of 50+ items, or a smaller order, there can be no changes in quantity or design allowed. If unforseen events require the cancellation of a volume order after production has begun, the buyer will forfeit the 50% non refundable deposit.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are not allowed.
